Assume the semicircle replaces one base of the parallelogram (diameter = 15). The perimeter = the arc of the semicircle + the other three straight sides:

Semicircle arc = (1/2)·π·d = (1/2)·π·15 = 7.5π
Straight sides = 15 + 10 + 10 = 35

Total P = 35 + 7.5π ≈ 35 + 23.5619 = 58.5619 ≈ 58.6

Answer: 58.6 units
