I also wanted to follow up regarding your placement request. While we always strive to accommodate vendor preferences whenever possible, placement is ultimately determined by event layout, logistics, and overall event experience considerations. Generator volume and sound levels are important factors in determining vendor placement to help ensure the best experience for attendees, performers, and fellow vendors.

As part of our standard event planning process, vendors operating louder generators are typically placed toward the rear of event layouts. This allows us to better manage overall sound levels throughout the event space, particularly during concerts and high-attendance events. Vendors utilizing quiet or inverter-style generators are able to be placed throughout the layout, as sound impact is not a concern.

We appreciate the care you take to balance layout, logistics, and the overall attendee and performer experience. We understand that generator volume is an important factor in placement and will comply with whatever placement you determine is best for the event.
