At which point, or multiple points, in her swinging would each of these two types of energy be at a maximum? Kinetic energy is maximum at the lowest point of the swing (the vertical center) where her speed is greatest and potential energy is minimal. Potential energy is maximum at the turning points (the highest positions on each side) where her motion momentarily stops and kinetic energy is zero.
