Kyle is searching for the solver function but cannot seem to find it anywhere, not even under the Data tab in the ribbon.

Where can it be found?

How to enable Solver
- Windows (Excel desktop): File → Options → Add‑Ins. In the Manage box at the bottom choose "Excel Add‑ins" and click Go. Check "Solver Add-in" and click OK. Solver will then appear on the Data tab in the Analysis group.
- Mac: Tools → Add‑Ins (or Excel → Preferences → Add‑Ins in some versions), check "Solver Add‑in" and OK. Solver then appears on the Data tab.
- If Solver is not listed, use Browse to locate the Solver add‑in file (Solver.xlam) or install Office/Excel updates. (Excel Online does not include Solver.)
