RC = 3.9k * 5 uF = 19.5 ms = 0.0195 s.

t / RC = 5 ms / 19.5 ms = 0.256 ms =
0.000256 s.

i = i max / e^(t/RC),
i = 1.5 ma / e^0.256 = 1.5 / 1.292 =

1.16 mA @ 5 ms (0.005 s).

s = Seconds.
ms = milliseconds.
