Suggested posting text (short):
- Facebook/Email/Group chat: “Quick poll: should we send flowers to the family’s home before the service, and/or to the service itself? Please vote and add comments if you have preferences (type of arrangement, budget, or want to donate instead).”
- Instagram Story: Use two separate story polls with the short question text above.
- Slack/Teams: Post both polls and request replies or use the built-in poll app.

Recommended settings and follow-up:
- Poll duration: 48–72 hours to give people time to respond.
- Allow comments so people can volunteer to coordinate or suggest budget/flower type.
- If “Yes” wins, ask a follow-up for budget per person and who will place the order/coordinator.
- If many choose “Prefer to donate,” collect preferred charity and donation method.
