(9 - 9x) / (4x + 8) * (2x + 4)/(3x+3),
Factor numerator & denominator of both
fractions:
9(1 - x)/4(x + 2) * 2(X + 2)/3(X + 1),
Cancel the (x + 2) factors and get:
9(1 - x)/4 * 2/3(x + 1),
Divide 2 and 4 by 2:
9(1 - x)/2 * 1/3(x + 1),
9(1 - x) / 6(x + 1),
Divide 9 and 6 by 3:
3(1 - x) / 2(x + 1).
