Good day,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to share that your scholar earned a 50% (“E”) for the second quarter. As we begin the third quarter, my goal is to support them in improving their academic progress.
To help establish consistency and strengthen understanding, your scholar will be expected to attend weekly academic support unless they are earning a grade of “C” or higher. This intervention is intended to provide structured support and help them start the quarter on a more positive trajectory.
Thank you for your continued partnership. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss additional ways we can support your scholar.

Thank you for reaching out and for the care and dedication you show in supporting the scholars. I appreciate the time you take to help students get back on track.
I wanted to let you know that [Child’s Name] has been ill on and off throughout the second quarter, which unfortunately affected her performance and contributed to the 50% grade. She is committed to improving and will comply with the weekly academic support intervention you described unless she raises her grade to a C or higher.
Could you please share the schedule for the support sessions and any materials or skills she should focus on before the first meeting? If you would like documentation regarding her illness, I can provide that as needed.
