Need help solving this algebraic complex fraction please.

multiply numerator and denominator by ab
I am not certain of if you have (a+3)/b or a+ (3/b)
Assuming it is this:
(a+3)/b
-------
(b+3)/a
then
a(a+3)
------
b(b+3)
