Need help solving this algebraic complex fraction please.

a+3/b
------
b+3/a

I know LCM= is ab
but then i get stuck

multiply numerator and denominator by ab

I am not certain of if you have (a+3)/b or a+ (3/b)

Assuming it is this:

(a+3)/b
-------
(b+3)/a

then
a(a+3)
------
b(b+3)

it is a+(3/b)
and b+(3/a)
