Use ohm's law:
voltage = current * resistance
arranging for current: current = voltage / resistance
voltage = current * resistance
arranging for current: current = voltage / resistance

= 1.5/1000 amps
=0.0015 amps

Ok but what is the answer how do i find the resistance? would it be .oo15 amps? this why i get so confused in this subject it all seems to run together.
