I can transcribe that for you — but I don’t have the audio file yet. Please attach Recording.m4a (or a link) and tell me how you want the transcript formatted. Options I can provide:

1. Plain transcript (one text file with the sentences).
2. Verbatim transcript (include ums/uhs, false starts).
3. Speaker‑labeled transcript (e.g., Speaker 1 / Speaker 2) if there are multiple voices.
4. Time‑stamped transcript (sentence timestamps every line).
5. Two separate files/versions labeled for each partner (so you can each upload your own copy).

Also tell me:
- Do you want punctuation/capitalization corrected or exact spoken text?
- File format for upload: plain text (.txt), Word (.docx), PDF, or copy/paste in the chat?
- Approximate audio length (if you know it).

Once you attach the audio and pick options, I’ll transcribe and produce the two copies you need.
