I made a graph and i used line of best fit. How do i find the slope of the line?

From a point on the line, draw a perpendicular line to the x axis parallel to the y axis. At a convenient point on that line you've just drawn, draw a line perpendicular to the y axis (and parallel to the x axis). That will give you a triangle. Measure the y length and the x length, then y/x is the slope.
