Combine sentences using the best coordinating conjunctions.?
using and, but, or, for, nor,yet and sometimes so.
here are the sentences and my answer.

I was hungry. I ate. /
my answer- I was hungry, so I ate.

I will go. I will stay./
my answer-I will go, or I will stay.

I would go with you. I am not ready. / my answser- I would go with you, yet I am not ready.

It is raining this morning. We plan to picnic this afternoon. /
my answser - It is raining this morning, but we plan to picnic this afternoon.

I am not sad. I am crying. / my answer- I am not sad, but I am crying.

are these right?

All sound fine except I'd use "but" for the 3rd one.
