PAYROLL CHECK DISTRIBUTION
Payday will be the last working day of each month. Employees may secure their paychecks at
the distribution location between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on payday. They must
present a picture ID or two other forms of acceptable ID and sign the Check Receiving List.
No other person may sign for or receive another employee’s paycheck without prior written
approval. Prior written approval must include: a statement giving approval to release the
paycheck with the authorized individual’s name, employees’ signature, and the date signed. The
authorized individual will be required to present proper identification and sign the Check
Receiving List to secure the paycheck.
The Business Office will hold or mail an employee’s paycheck if requested. All payroll checks
not picked up will be returned to the main business office the next working day and will be
mailed to the home address of the employee. Direct deposit notices will be distributed through
the company mail system at the distribution location requested.
If an employee does not receive or loses a paycheck, the employee must notify the Payroll
Office so the office may stop payment and a replacement check can be issued. The employee
will be required to sign and have notarized an Indemnity Bond to receive a replacement check.
If you feel that there is an error on your payroll check, please contact the Payroll Office
immediately. The Payroll Office will review the check and reissue if necessary. A Payroll
Distribution form must be filled out and turned in to the Payroll Office before your payroll check
can be sent to another location.
