depends what kind of a sequence you have

1. if it is arithmetic
solve a+d= 40057.07 and
a+4d = 19192.53

2. if geometric
solve ar = 40057.07 and
ar^4 = 19192.53

Of course the sequence could some type of harmonic, etc

in other words, there is not enough information
