Darma had a strange day. She was on her space deck sitting on a chair.


A spaceship zoomed up. A girl inside said, “Today is your lucky day! The wish givers are here. You have two choices.”


“What are they?” said Darma.


“You can choose to have one million dollars. Or you can stop all wars.”


Darma thought. She could do a lot with one million dollars. But she could not end wars with it.


“I will stop all wars,” she said.


“Good choice,” said the girl. “May it be so.”


She zoomed away. Darma tried to forget the one million dollars. She knew her choice would save millions of lives.
