(3) In honor of Western Heritage Month the city of Clovis starts off the celebration with the biggest festival in the entire central valley. (4) Why is it called Big Hat Days? (5) All people are encouraged to wear a "big" hat to shield you from the hot valley sun. (6) This fun–filled festival is loaded with international foods, booths, music and much more. (7) This lively event only occurs once a year, and it reproduces the way people here used to live.


(8) So before you head on down to Old Town Clovis for Big Hat Days don't forget your "big" hat to shield you from the hot sun. (9) Not only is this a celebration for the city, but it is also an event for guests as well. (10) The festival is expected to have more than 150,000 visitors. (11) Wow that is a lot of hats!Jake's teacher asked his class to choose one word from their report and correctly add a suffix. He chose the word "reproduced" and changed the –ed ending to –ing.
