- Mario (from the games) — the cheerful plumber is keeping a hidden past as a ghosted prince.
- Spider-Man — a friendly neighborhood hero conceals a dangerous, unfamiliar power.
- Master Chief (Halo) — the stoic super-soldier is less certain of his orders than he seems.

Also tell me: preferred POV (first or third), tone (dark, humorous, suspenseful), and approximate length (short ~600–900 words, medium ~1200–1600, or long ~2000+).
