One is Speeding Ticks and I think it isn't safe because of all the crimes that are being committed and the tradegy of 9/11

The tragedy of 9/11 probably won't happen again. However, the police must be vigilant to guard against other terrorists. They also need to patrol high crime neighborhoods carefully. They need to watch for drug sales plus other groups of people who may be plotting to commit crimes.
