I don't have a calculator for this and I would like to know how to work this problem on paper so I can graph it to my chart. Can someone please help me with this problem?

y = 12log^x is the same as
y = x(log12)

since log12 is a constant, all you will have is a straight line
y = (log12)x
which passes through the origin and has a slope of log12
