In the last series, all the numbers are divisible by 3, and when you divide each number by three, the quotient is always an odd number. So maybe this?

15, 21, 27, 33, 39, 45

That is --

3 x 5
3 x 7
3 x 9
3 x 11
3 x 13
3 x 15

What patterns can you find for the others?
