when doing decimoles and multiplying them by whole numbers...for example 4.7805 multiplyed by 1000 dose the decimole go 4places over or 8places over i don't get it please help!!!

When you multiply 4.7805 by 1000, you move the decimal three places over which would give you an answer of 4780.5.

none because the decimal is like a negative sign it will skip over the number 4780.5
