Take y = (1/3)x − 1. Choose x-values that are multiples of 3 so y is an integer.

x = −3: y = (1/3)(−3) − 1 = −1 − 1 = −2 = −2/1
x = 0: y = (1/3)(0) − 1 = 0 − 1 = −1 = −1/1
x = 3: y = (1/3)(3) − 1 = 1 − 1 = 0 = 0/1

So three table rows:
-3 → −2/1
0 → −1/1
3 → 0/1

Plot the points (−3,−2), (0,−1), (3,0) and draw the straight line through them.
