What are the advantages and disadvantages of moving from the state of Georgia to New York City? I know one disadvantage is that New York is a very expensive place so it's tough living there, and their weather conditions can be extreme, especially in the winter, while Georgia stays pretty warm all year long. Can I get some more help on this?

In New York cars are impractical because of expensive garage expenses and traffic jams. Public transporation is very efficient. Most people can only afford much smaller living spaces than they had elsewhere. Try living in 400 square feet when you're used to 1400 square feet. However, New York is exciting and has all the entertainment and shopping anyone could wish. Many people thrive on the diversity of ethnic groups and ideas.
