1. I am looking for a dress to wear to the party.

2. I am looking for a dress to wear at the party.

3. I am looking for a dress to wear to the party.

(Which one is correct? Which preposition do we have to use before 'the party'?)

1 and 3 are identical -- and they are correct. In this sense, "to" is better than "at."
