Can someone explain to me how this question has the answer like this

Points:(2,3)

y=-2f[2(x+5)] - 4

The answers are (2, 3) ( 2, -3) -> (2, -6)-> (1, -6) -> (-4, -10)

I know it has to do with translations like 1/k etc.. but im a bit confused ):
