1. I usually go fising on weekend.
2. I usually go fising on weekends.

(Are both right? 'On weekends' mean 'every weekend', I know. What is the difference between #1 and #2?)

I think you mean fishing.

The phrase "on weekends" doesn't mean every weekend -- but probably a lot of weekends. Since weekends is plural, the first sentence is wrong.
