I don't have the interactive ruler or the picture, so I can't read the tick marks. Could you either

- upload a screenshot/photo of the ruler with points A, B, C, D shown, or
- tell me the numeric ruler readings for A, B, C and D (for example A = 1.2, B = 4.5, etc.)?

If you want to measure yourself, here's the quick method:

- Read the numeric value on the ruler at point A and at point B.
- Segment AB = |value at B − value at A|.
- Do the same for BD and BC: BD = |value at D − value at B|, BC = |value at C − value at B|.

Give me the readings (or an image) and I'll compute the three segment lengths.
