I received my first major credit card at the early age of eighteen. I was positively not ready for that responsibility. Shopping carelessly was not a wise decision. Within six month's, my credit was suffering tremendously. I had already reached my credit limit and could not afford to pay the minimum payment due. Fortunately, I was able to work a second job to get out of debt. Is this done correctly?

I see 5 adverbs and plenty of adjectives. Please list them for us since bolding and underlining won't work for you.
Everything else looks good except that the word should be "months" (no apostrophe; it's plural, not possessive).
