Your task is to produce the second arrangement shown by flipping coins according to thsi rule: you must flip two adjacent coins at a time.
End up like this....heads heads heads tale tale tale....

Hmm . but wait. we got 3 ? So the fewest number of flips needed to make the change is 3 ? I don't understand what the answer 3 is .
