Help please-I'm doing something wrong-
Solve 8x^2 + 6x + 5 = 0
I'm doing square roots and all the steps but it's not working out
I come up with -0.38 + 0.5 and -0.38 - 0.5
But it's not right when I go to put it back in.
Could you please show the steps-these problems really throw me off.
Thank you

x = (-6 ± √(36-4(8)(5))/16
= (-6 ± √-124)/16
I will stop here, have you found your error?
There are no real roots.
If you studies complex numbers you should be able to finish it
