Hi Ralph:
I just reviewed the budget proposal for the Mighty Bean Coffee Shop rebuild
project on Windsor Ave. I noticed you put a line in for spray foam insulation
with Action Insulation. They overcharged us by 10% on the Mario’s Pizza
bathroom remodel project. I know we can get the insulation at cost through
another vendor. We also have members on our core building team who can
install it.
I highly suggest we remove Action Insulation from the budget.

Hi BrunoCan we have a meeting on this? I would like to review the receipts from the
Mario’s Pizza project. We’ve had an account with Action Insulation for the
past 3 years. The team seems to be happy with them. It’s hard to believe
that they would violate customer loyalty.
