Help please am kind of confused on this problem, am mostly confused on what state the products will be.

I think I answered this with a couple of questions of my own. It is balanced now (it wasn't before) and I'm assuming you intend for the second substance to be CuCl3 (which makes Cu a +3 oxidation state and that is unusual). However, to answer your question, regardless of the oxidation number of Cu, the AlCl3 will be (aq) and the Cu on the right will be (s).
