Assignment Guidelines:
an executive summary: Provide an introduction to the rest of your project. Also include a brief history and description of the parent company, the company mission statement, the location of your chosen site, and the reason for choosing this company.
situation analysis: Include a SWOT analysis.
objectives: Describe in detail the company's mission, marketing, and financial goals.
marketing strategies – use both strategies.
positioning strategy: Describe what the position of your product will be in the minds of your target markets.
marketing mix: Include target markets.
implementation: Include organization, activities, and timetable.
evaluation and control: Include performance standards and measurements and corrective actions if needed.
Citing Sources: Using the MLA Works Cited format, make sure to cite outside sources throughout your paper. Deductions will be made for errors and omissions. Papers without this section will not be accepted.

Instructions for Project Proposal

Provide the names of all group members, if the project is done as a group.
Provide the name of the company and the address of company headquarters.
Provide the mission statement of the organization.
Provide the address of the site chosen to place the business, and include photographs.
Provide a tentative outline of assignments from group members.
Write one paragraph regarding why this company was chosen.
Submission Requirements:
You must use field research, reading material, notes, and other references for this project.

Your group will present your findings. Your written project is due on your assigned presentation day.

Format Requirements:

Your project must be word-processed and have a title page with all group members' names typed on it, a table of contents, and appropriate references. Make sure each section is in the same font. Start each section on a new page, and start each section with a subject heading. Up to 10% will be deducted if the paper is not submitted in the proper format. Up to 10% will be deducted for errors in grammar and spelling.

Each individual will also be evaluated by his/her group members. This is a confidential evaluation and could positively or negatively affect the individual's grade (if done in a group).
