Mr. Grimsby was as stingy with his money as Scrooge, hoarding every penny and refusing to share, even with those in need. He lied so often that his friends joked he could give Pinocchio a run for his money, with his nose growing longer every time he spoke. Whenever anyone asked him for help, he would make up excuses, claiming he was as broke as a church mouse, but deep down, everyone knew he was just being dishonest and greedy.
