It’s really disheartening to see how many people still don’t take mental health seriously. My family and friends struggle with these issues, and it hurts to see them facing judgment rather than support. It’s a disgrace when people degrade others because they can’t see the reality of someone’s pain or the battles they fight daily. We need to remember that everyone deserves kindness and empathy, not criticism.

The Bible teaches us the importance of compassion and understanding. In Galatians 6:2, it says, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." This reminds us that we should uplift one another, especially when someone is dealing with mental health challenges.

Let’s change the conversation and show support rather than scorn. Mental health matters, and we should treat it as seriously as we do physical health. Everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and loved. It’s time to stand up and make a difference.
