The organ in the human body that does not have pain receptors is the brain itself. While the brain processes pain signals from other parts of the body, it does not have pain receptors (nociceptors) and therefore does not feel pain in the same way that other tissues do. However, surrounding structures such as the meninges (the protective layers around the brain) and blood vessels can experience pain.
