Please can you correct my structure, grammar and make it to make sense as a profesional application letter.

Re: Expression of interest for any available job vacancy.

Pertaining to the above, I Luxey Kuipa completed my grade 12 at Kundiawa Lutheran Secondary School in 2021. Unfortunately, I was not selected to any tertiary studies, and in year 2022 I upgraded my marks at the Lae Fode Center. I reapplied for APD IT Program at Datec Learning Center (PNG Unitec Campus) and got selected to do my two-year study for that program.
Sadly, I had to withdrew from studies in 2023 because of outstanding school fees that I did not complete. Due to financial struggled I am unable to pursue my studies with Datec Learning Center since that year (2023).
For that matter, I humbly seek your assistance to employ me. If there be any job vacancies within your company, I can be employed so that I may earn some financial support to help me continue my studies in the future.
If given an opportunity, I will be committed to perform to the best of my abilities with honesty and transparency.
