I'm not a doctor, but here are some general suggestions based on your situation:

  1. Concerns: Numbness in your toes can be caused by a variety of factors, including prolonged standing or walking, tight footwear, or even being in a cold environment. If your numbness doesn't improve, persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms such as pain, swelling, or changes in skin color, it's a good idea to consult a healthcare professional.

  2. Potential Remedies:

    • Warmth: Since you've already tried a warm shower, you might also want to wrap your feet in a warm blanket or use a heating pad, as this can help improve circulation.
    • Elevation: Elevate your feet to help reduce any swelling and improve circulation.
    • Gentle Movement: Wiggle your toes and move your feet to stimulate circulation. Doing some gentle stretches may also help.
    • Hydration: Make sure you're staying hydrated, as dehydration can contribute to numbness in some cases.
    • Rest: Make sure to take breaks and avoid putting pressure on your feet while they recover.

If the numbness doesn't improve soon or worsens, getting in touch with a healthcare provider is advisable to rule out any serious issues.
