2) Tactful- being aware of what you say to people and your actions toward people and how they may be perceived

3)Communication- being able to convey an idea, a feeling, and or idea to someone without negating a persons feelings

4)Respect- Having manners towards an individual

5) Empathy- being open minded to peoples emotions and or situations. Never making someone feel less than just because their life style or decisions differ from your own.
