When comparing purely western models with hybrid systems, the latter often resonates more with local values, fostering a sense of belonging. To improve this integration, governments can enhance training for traditional leaders in democratic processes and promote public awareness of both systems. Encouraging dialogue between modern and traditional leaders can also build trust and improve governance.
