Question
seperate the paragraphs of my story into smaller chunks:
Introduction:
Have you ever met a celebrity? Like an influencer, singer, or actor? Well, back in 2019, I got to meet 5 famous people at a comic con in Chicago! This was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had, and I can't wait to tell you all about it!
Day 1:
This story begins on a cloudy afternoon in October when my 3rd grade class had just returned from a field trip. As we walked into my old school, I spotted my mom and dad waiting for me in the lobby. Soon after, my teacher told me I could go to them, and my parents said they had a surprise for me. As I left school early, I saw our little blue Toyota filled with bags and luggage. I was really confused. Before I knew it, we were driving far away from home. While munching on candy and daydreaming in the backseat, I realized we were heading into Chicago, Illinois! The place known for Chicago Dogs, The Bears, and so much more. But honestly, nerdy me didn’t care about any of that. All I wanted was to go to the ACE Comic Con, where you can meet actors who play superheroes for a big price. And as we settled into our fancy Hilton hotel, I was super excited about what the next day would bring.
Day 2:
It’s 8AM and everyone has just woken up. "Good Morning!" I shouted excitedly, eager for my Comic Con adventure to start. My parents, however, groaned, "It’s SO Early! Can We Go Back To Bed?!" But I wasn’t having any of that and got ready for the day super fast. After I finished getting ready, 30 minutes passed and everyone was set to go. We walked from floor to floor until we finally reached Comic Con. As a huge Marvel movie fan, I felt like I was in heaven when I stepped through the swinging doors of the convention center. Inside, I was welcomed by funny cosplays and masks, Funko action figures, delicious snacks, and booths where you could meet famous actors! When I saw all this, I was amazed and whispered a soft "wow!...". My parents took me to meet the celebrities. The first actor I met was Brie Larson, who was there for her role as Captain Marvel in "Captain Marvel", and I was her "BIGGEST Fan!!!" Brie was super nice and friendly to me and my family, and I was so happy to meet her, take a picture, and get her autograph! The next actors I met were pairs of two. Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson, dressed as Thor and Valkyrie, and Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal, who were there for their roles as the beloved Spiderman and Mysterio. Chris and Tessa were both fun and friendly, and Jake and Tom were also very welcoming and entertaining! I even learned some "Spiderman" poses from Tom Holland! After all the amazing pictures, autographs, and browsing we did that day, my dad asked me, "Did you have fun today?" I happily replied, "Yes! This was the best day ever!" That statement still holds true as my best day ever so far!
Day 3(The Last Day):
Here comes the final day of my vacation! I felt sad that this amazing experience was about to end, so I made sure to make the last moments fun and unforgettable! After we finished packing, my parents and I came up with a plan that would make me really happy! The plan was for me to go to Jollibee, a Filipino fast-food place I had wanted to try for a long time! As we drove for miles, we finally arrived at a suburb close to Chicago, where Jollibee was! I was so thrilled and excited to try Jollibee that I could hardly contain myself! My mom and I decided to go inside together to order. But the line was super long, and we had to get home before it got dark. So in the end, I didn’t get to eat at Jollibee, but at least I got some awesome pictures of me posing with Jollibee himself! So, even though I didn’t actually eat anything there, I got some cool souvenirs to show my family and friends about the fantastic time I had in Chicago.
Conclusion:
Looking back, I truly cherish the time I spent with my family in Chicago. It wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without their company. Even though my interest in Marvel has faded a bit, I’m still really grateful for all the actors I met and their warmth, which made the whole experience unforgettable for me.
