The worksheet that was provided for me in the math portfolio, does not include all of the questions beside question 1, part A and B. Above the worksheet, there are questions on the page. Do I answer these questions or not?

I wanted to clarify something regarding the math portfolio worksheet. It appears that the worksheet is missing some questions, as I can only see questions for part A and B of question 1. There are additional questions listed at the top of the page—should I be answering those as well?
