distance=(rate)*(time)

use the proportions method.

5/8 = [(150min [convert mins to hours! so that you'd be able to cancel the hours])(82km/h)]/[total distance]

solve for total distance.

Distance = Velocity * Time

150 min. = 2.5 hours

5/8D = (82 * 2.5)
