Every event in the City is different, as we have both private and City-organized events. Here are the links to applications for City-organized events:

For any event not listed here, vending is organized by a private organizer. To learn more about each event, please visit the events page on the TYU website and click on each individual event in which you're interested. If it's privately organized, the organizer's website will be listed!
In addition, the City recently entered a Public-Private Partnership with folks who will run a permanent food truck park out of the City's newest park (Town Center on Main). Vending for the food truck park, called TYU Circle, will be privately organized by the owners. If you're interested, please email them at ____
As you mentioned, in order to be a food vendor at TYU events, you must submit a business license from your county of origin and proof of a recent health inspection.
