- A weekend stay at Club Mykonos, Langebaan.
- Four spa vouchers from Avara Wellness Centre.
- Finalization of the event's entry fee: R70 per person.
- Coordination of the starting and ending points of the race: starting at Darling Street and ending at Adderley Street.
- Establishment of the date and time for the race: 2 December 2016 at 17:00.
- Initial promotional discussions with the marketing department to increase awareness and participation in the event.
