I have a container which hold 30ml of fresh water that I need to heat to boiling using electricity run through an assumed efficient resistor. Assuming an ambient temperature of 23 degrees celsius how much watt energy do I need to put into 30 ml to bring the temperature to 100 degrees celsius?

heat= masswater*cwater*(100-23)
