As of my last update in October 2023, the World Health Organization (WHO) does not provide a definitive ranking of countries based solely on overall healthiness. Health rankings can vary based on different metrics, such as life expectancy, healthcare quality, disease prevalence, and access to care, among others.
However, various organizations and studies, such as the Bloomberg Healthiest Country Index or reports by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), often assess health metrics and may rank countries differently based on their criteria. The United States generally ranks lower compared to other high-income countries in terms of overall health outcomes, despite having one of the highest healthcare spending rates.
For the most accurate and updated rankings, it's best to refer to the latest reports from reputable health organizations or studies.
