In my opinion, the top three Progressive reforms that most improved American lives were the Women's Suffrage movement, the Food and Drug Act, and factory safety regulations.

The Food and Drug Act made food and medication safer. This protected consumers from harmful products.

Factory safety regulations reduced workplace hazards. This saved lives and improved working conditions.
