|3y+4| means absolute value of 3y+4
-| means nothing to me.
-| means nothing to me.
its a -1 before the 0
So, why not use a 1?
|3y+4|-1 = 0
|3y+4| = 1
3y+4 = 1
3y = -3
y = -1
3y+4 = -1
3y = -5
y = -5/3
|3y+4|-1 = 0
|3y+4| = 1
3y+4 = 1
3y = -3
y = -1
3y+4 = -1
3y = -5
y = -5/3
